One core for every licensed exchange

Corelay is a white-label platform that runs a regulated crypto exchange end to end: onboarding, exchanges, AML screening, staff operations and the record of every step.

One exchange, step by step

Illustrative data

Different regimes, the same four checks

MiCA in the EU, VARA in Dubai, the National Bank of Georgia: the rules differ in detail, the core controls do not.

  • Client identity

Identity, email and phone verified before the first exchange, with extra questionnaires when compliance asks.

  • Source of funds

Incoming crypto is screened before the exchange continues. Payout addresses can be screened too.

  • Staff permissions

Permissions are set per role, down to single actions, so each employee sees and does only what their job needs.

  • A full audit log

Every action in the platform, by clients and by staff, is logged with the person and the time and kept for audit.

Four workspaces, one exchange record

Four working areas share the same record, so the client, the operator and the compliance officer always see the same state.

The client verifies once, sees the rate and fee before creating an exchange, and follows the deposit live.

Every exchange leaves one complete record

One illustrative exchange, as your compliance officer sees it in the history.

AML screening happens inside the exchange

Funds are screened before the exchange continues. Your compliance team sets the thresholds and rules.

  1. 01

    Payout address screened

Checked in advance, before any crypto is sent out.

  2. 02

    Funds reach an ephemeral address

Linked to this exchange, so the transfer is identified.

  3. 03

    Incoming funds screened

The transaction, its senders and counterparties.

  4. 04

    Payout

Released only after the required checks pass.

  • Below threshold

    The exchange continues automatically.

  • Rule triggered

A review task for the AML officer, with a director queue where your policy needs one.

  • Rejected

The exchange moves to the refund process. The decision stays in the record.

Controls an auditor can follow

Who can act, who did, and how the data is protected, for every operation.

  • Roles and permissions

Access set down to single actions for directors, compliance officers, operators and cashiers.

  • Staff access

Client data is reached through VPN, authentication and role-based permissions.

  • Key operations

Wallet key operations run in an isolated environment, separate from the application.

  • Document storage

Identity document images are kept in encrypted private storage, open only to authenticated users.

  • Operational log

Every action by clients and staff, every status change and decision, with the person and the time.

  • Encryption scope, retention and recovery targets are confirmed for each installation in its security documentation.

Questions we hear first

Does Corelay give us a licence?

No. Your company applies for the licence, holds it and answers to the supervisor. Corelay provides the system that runs the regulated operation and helps with the technical part of your application.

Where is client data kept?

In your environment: your own servers or a cloud region you choose. Corelay does not hold client funds or client data.

Which assets and networks are supported?

Bitcoin, Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, Tron and TRC-20 tokens, Litecoin, XRP and Solana. Which of them you offer is your configuration and your supervisor’s decision.

Which jurisdictions is Corelay built for?

Operators licensed or applying under MiCA in the EU, in the UAE, in Georgia and in other regimes. Thresholds, questionnaires, legal documents and roles follow your own policy.

Can we move from our current system?

Yes. Clients and exchange history are migrated, pairs and rates are set up in Corelay, and your current system keeps running until the switch.

Does it work for cash offices?

Yes. Online and office exchanges share one record: office schedules, operator and cashier roles, and a controlled session for clients served in person.
